Completed in 2021, this home was designed to be dramatic, daring, and dressed to kill—an embodiment of bold design choices and refined elegance. From the initial programming questionnaire to ensure every detail aligned with the client’s lifestyle, to space planning based on CAD drawings that maximized every inch, the design was crafted with precision. The process included a comprehensive budget assessment and a full concept design phase with mood boards, material/finishes selections, and detailed design drawings, including furniture, construction, reflected ceiling, power, electrical, finishes, and millwork plans. Each area was visualized through 3D renderings, and throughout the project, I managed site visits, coordinated with the contractor, trades, and clients to ensure seamless execution and that the final result met the highest design standards. Every detail was meticulously managed to create a space that was both bold and breathtaking.
